(Q) How can I place a bid? |

(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on? |

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page. |

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item? |

(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |

How do I edit my listing |
|
Once you have submitted a listing and you want to edit it. Click on your listing, click the revise button, edit your listing, and click save. |

My listing description didn't show up? |
|
When you add a listing, before you submit the final listing, wait for the whole listing and description to show up, then submit it. |

My country is not shown? |
|
If your country is not shown where you are selling just click other. |
 |
The Continue Button is not letting me click it. |
|
If you have not clicked a state or country where the listing is from the continue button will not engage until you do. The country box has a huge yellow bar around it. Click a country or state and that box will disappear unlocking the continue button. |

There is not a specific category for my listing |
|
If there is not a specific category for your listing, use the "other" or "everything else" sub category in the category that is closest to your listing. |

I edited my listing and the pictures disappeared? |
|
Sometimes if you edit or revise or go back on a listing the fields will default to the default settings. Just recheck the listing to make sure all the fields are correct and resubmit. |

The revise link is not there? |
|
Yes it is, click on your listing and on the left hand side there are links, the revise link is toward the bottom of those links.. its there trust us :) |

What is a reserve? |
|
A reserve is the minimum amount you are willing to accept for your listing. |

I use the templates but my description didnt show up. |

Once you get to the final stage before you submit your listing, wait for the whole listing to show up, including template and description, then submit your listing. |

What is the cross promotion? |
|
Cross promotion lets you cross promote your items with other sellers. |

The category "item" - "store" - "both" does not show up? |
|
If you do not have a store setup it will default to step 2 which is selecting your item type. "General" or "Adult"., default is general.. if your item is not adult, just click on the continue button which takes you to step 3. |

How do I create my own store. |

Login, left hand side goto "my store", click it, select the type of store you want, and start setting up your store. |

Are There any Fee's after I win an auction? What do I do then? |

(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item? |

(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

Are There any Fee's after I win an auction? What do I do then? |

Nope there are no additional fee's from us after you win an auction. The only additional fee's might be from the seller such as shipping. Check the auction listing to be sure. After you win the auction you can request an invoice or the seller will send you one. Pay the invoice then your item will be shipped. If you have any questions you can always contact the seller before bidding or buying. |
